The Implementation Of The Services Is Realized Through The Following Activities: Activity 1: Upgrading Of The Is Of Trryulnc In Accordance With The Changes In The Commercial Law (Promulgated Sg No. 82 Of 2024) Regarding The Rapid Liquidation Proceedings; Sub-Activity 1.1: Ensuring The Possibility To Enter In The Tprrulnc The Circumstances Regarding The Rapid Liquidation Proceedings, According To The Requirements Of Article 274A (New) Of The Tk In Accordance With The Order Of Article 19, Paragraph 5 Of The Tprrulnc And The Precautionary Measures Under Article 273, Paragraph 3 (New) Of The Tk And The Relevant Provisions Of The Ordinance; Sub-Activity 1.2: Ensuring The Possibility Of Integration Of The Is Of The Trryulnc With The Information Systems Of The Nra And Noi, According To § 28 And § 29 Of The Zid Of Тz (Promulgated Sg No. 82 Of 27.09.2024); Activity 2: Upgrading The Is Of The Trryulnc In Accordance With The Changes In The Commercial Law (Promulgated Sg No. 82 Of 2024) Regarding The Transformation With The Participation Of Companies From The Member States; Sub-Activity 2.1: Ensuring An Opportunity To Enter The Circumstances And Announce Acts In The Trryulnc Regarding Division And Separation With The Participation Of Companies From Other Member States And Transformation Into A Company From Another Member State By Moving Its Registered Office.
