Repair And Maintenance Services – Maintenance And Servicing Of Refrigeration Installations At Rennes University Hospital. This Is A Single Public Market (No Lot). The Public Market Is A Framework Agreement Which Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations. It Is Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum And With A Maximum Expressed In Value Within The Meaning Of Article R.2162-4 2° Of The Public Procurement Code. Maximum Amount For The Entire Duration Of The Public Market: €500,000 Excluding Tax. The Public Market Is Single-Awarded. The Public Contract Includes: A Portion Of Predictable Services Concluded At A Global, Fixed Price; A Portion Of Non-Programmable Services Concluded At Unit Prices. The Share Of Foreseeable Services Concluded At A Global And Fixed Price Corresponds To The Following Services: Preventive Maintenance Operations, Fluid Top-Ups And Refills (Glycol, Refrigerant, Oils, Etc.), Repairs, Assistance, On-Call Duty, Consumable Products And Small Supplies, Information To The Technical Agents Of The University Hospital On Good Practices For Using The Installations. The Portion Of Non-Programmable Services Corresponds To The Following Services: Intervention Proposals From The Holder Or At The Request Of The University Hospital, Spare Parts. All The Services That Can Be Ordered Are Described In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp). The Public Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One (1) Year From May 19, 2026 Or Its Date Of Notification To The Holder If Later. The Public Contract Can Then Be Renewed Three (3) Times For Successive Periods Of One (1) Year And For A Maximum Validity Period Of Four (4) Years. The Execution Times Are Indicated In The Cctp And In The Technical Brief Of The Holder. The Validity Period For Offers Is Set At Six (6) Months From The Deadline For Receipt Of Offers. The Economic Operator Produces: The Dc1 Model Application Letter, Or Equivalent; The Declaration Of The Candidate Model Dc2, Or Free Form, Containing The Same Elements As Those Indicated In The Notice Of Public Call For Competition; An Application File Presenting: - The Overall Turnover Achieved Over The Last Three Financial Years And The Portion Of The Turnover Linked To The Services Covered By This Public Contract Over The Last 3 Financial Years; -A Presentation Of The Company, Explaining The Human And Material Resources Justifying The Candidates Ability To Respond To The Public Contract; - References With Regard To Similar Or Similar Services (In The Hospital Sector And In The Functional Area Described In The Presentation Note), Carried Out Or In Progress Over The Last 3 Years; In The Event Of Judicial Recovery, A Copy Of The Judgment Proving That It Is Authorized To Continue Its Activity For The Foreseeable Duration Of Execution Of The Public Contract. A Mandatory Site Visit
