The Car Is Used Professionally For At Least Seventeen (17) Years, Which Must Be Taken Into Account In The Choice Of Materials And The Availability Of Spare Parts. In Addition, Maintenance Services Must Be Available For The Basket As Indicated Below. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Bodywork Of The Library Car Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities, E.G. In Terms Of Structure, Equipment, Work And Fire Safety, And Electrical Safety.
