Subject: Delivery Of One New Electric Passenger Van 8+1 Seats In Implementation Of Investment Bg-Rrp-13.011-0036 Purchase Of An Electric Vehicle And Charging Station For Social Services In The Municipality Of Pernik. - The Van Delivered Must Be New And Unused; - The Selected Contractor Should Also Carry Out Warranty (Service) Servicing Of The Delivered New Electric Passenger Van 8+1 Seats During The Warranty Period; - The Minibus Should Be Equipped According To Art. 139, Para. 2 Of The Road Traffic Act, With A Safety Triangle, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Reflective Vest, To Be Accompanied By The Necessary Documents For Its Registration, Warranty And Service Booklet, As Well As Operating Instructions In Bulgarian; - The Minibus, The Subject Of The Delivery, Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles According To Ordinance No. H-21 Of 19.12.2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles, Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications, Promulgated, Sg, No. 2 Of 01/05/2024, In Force From 01/05/2024; - The Van Should Be Of Proven Origin And Be Accompanied By A Declaration Of Origin And A Certificate Of Conformity; - The Selected Contractor Must Perform An Initial Registration With The Traffic Police And Present To The Contracting Authority A Large And Small Ticket For The Car, As Well As A Ticket For Passing A Road Traffic Accident; - The Minibus Must Be Delivered To The City Of Pernik, To A Place Specified By The Contracting Authority, Loaded With All The Consumables Necessary For Its Operation And With A Charged Battery Not Less Than 80 Percent. - Upon Delivery, The Participant Selected As The Contractor Should Conduct Acceptance Tests Of The Delivered New Motor Vehicle, Together With A Representative/S Of The Contracting Authority, As Well As Check Their Compliance With The Technical Specification And The Technical Proposal, For The Results Of Which An Acceptance And Handover Protocol Should Be Presented, To Be Signed By Both Parties. The Deadline For Delivery Activities Is 16.06.2026. The Technical Specification Specifies The Minimum Requirements For The Offered Unused Electric Van And The Terms Of Delivery.
