The Future Framework Agreement Is Entered Into On The Basis Of The Draft Framework Agreement Which Can Be Found In The Overall Tender Documents. The Tendered Framework Agreement Is Valid From 1 May 2026 To 30 April 2027, After Which The Ordering Party Can Extend The Agreement On Unchanged Terms In Accordance With The Main Agreement For Up To 3 * 12 Months, Which Is Why The Agreement Ends On 30 April 2030 At The Latest. The Expected Annual Revenue From The Agreement Amounts To Dkk 750,000 Excl. Vat The Total Estimated Revenue From The Framework Agreement Thus Amounts To Dkk 3,000,000 Excl. Vat Throughout The Contract Period (Including Contract Extensions). The Principals Maximum Draw On The Framework Agreement Is Dkk 4,000,000 Excl. Vat.
