Tenders Are Invited For Construction Work For School Buildings - Construction Of The School Area And The Arrangement Of The Outdoor Area Of The Elementary School J. Badalić
Construction Work For School Buildings - Construction Of The School Area And The Arrangement Of The Outdoor Area Of The Elementary School J. Badalić. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Addition Of A Special Extension To The Existing School Building And The Arrangement Of The External Areas Necessary To Make The Added Part Fully Functional And To Ensure The Necessary Vehicular, Pedestrian And Fire Access (Spaces For Outdoor Classes, Access Vehicular And Pedestrian Areas, Parking Lot, School Square And Others). Plan The Extension In Accordance With The Valid Normatives For Dimensioning The Space Of Primary Schools In The Republic Of Croatia In 2022 For Teaching In One Shift And For The Anticipated Number Of Classes 4+4, I.E. The Number Of Children 224 Students, Namely 112 Students In Class Classes And 112 Students In Subject Classes, Which Need To Be Accommodated In The Existing Capacities Of The Existing Building And In The Added Wing. In The Existing Building, With Minimal Interventions (Removal Of Some Light Partitions And Construction Of New Partitions), A Total Of 7 Work Spaces, I.E. Classrooms, Of Which 4 Are Classrooms For Classroom Teaching And 3 Classrooms For Subject Teaching, One Of Which Is Specialized, Although Of Smaller Capacity, But Renovated And Equipped With Recent Renovations, One General And One Computer Classroom. It Is Also Planned To Provide Cabinets For Classroom Teaching And Partly For Subject Teaching In The Existing Building. The Room That Was Used As A Library Is Being Converted Into Cabinets. Plan Minimal Interventions (Partitions) In The School Administration Space In Order To Provide Higher Quality Work Spaces For The Directorate Than The Existing Spaces, Which Are Harmonized With The Current Norms.
