Administrative Development Project Services – Processing Agency For The Supported Price For Beneficiary Households In Accordance With Sections 36Ff Elwg. The Tasks Of The Processing Agency Result From Section 40 Paragraph 1 Elwg: These Are 1. The Examination Of The Data Transmitted By The Suppliers Regarding The Costs Incurred By Them For The Supported Price, The Consumption Quotas Of The Beneficiaries And The Amount Of Electricity Supplied Domestically Per Calendar Year; 2. The Comparison Of The Consumption Quotas Reported In Accordance With Point 1 With The Data Transmitted Once A Year By The Network Operators; 3. The Calculation Of The Total Costs Incurred For The Supported Price, The Proportional Allocation Of The Costs To The Suppliers In Accordance With The Distribution Key In Accordance With Section 38 Paragraph 4 And The Determination Of Deviations Between The Proportion Of Costs To Be Incurred And The Costs Actually Incurred; 4. The Offsetting Of Any Difference Amounts Resulting From The Comparison In Accordance With Point 3 And 5. The Invoicing To The Federal Government, Provided That Federal Funds Are To Be Made Available In Accordance With Section 38 Paragraph 3.
