Initially, Non-Binding Deliveries That Take Place By The Framework Arrangement Supplier To The Customer Are Based On The So-Called Ranking Model. In The Ranking Model, Procurements Based On The Framework Arrangement Are Made Primarily From The Supplier Whose Offer Comparison Price Is The Lowest. From The Established Supplier In A Situation Where The Primary Supplier Is Unable To Deliver The Products. However, The Customer Can Purchase Batches Of Less Than 500 Euros From One Of The Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement.
