The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of Electricity For Ppe Collection Points At The Province Specialized Hospital. Nmp In Częstochowa At Ul. Bialska 104/118 With A Total Estimated Volume Of 8,300 Mwh During The Delivery Period, I.E. From May 1, 2026 To April 30, 2028. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And The Offer Form - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3.Cpv Code: 09310000-5 Electricity. 4. The Contractor Will Make All Actions And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Effectively Starting The Sale Of Electricity, Including In Particular: Termination Of Existing Contracts, Notification Of New Electricity Sales Contracts To The Dso. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Granted With The Conclusion Of The Electricity Sales Agreement. 5. The Sale Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) And On The Basis Of The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919), Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of November 8, 2021 On Detailed Rules And Procedures For Introducing Restrictions On The Sale Of Solid Fuels And The Supply And Consumption Of Electricity Or Heat (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2209), Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of December 6, 2022 On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Electricity Trading (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1847), The Rules Specified In The Licenses, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Terms, As Well As In Accordance With The Contractors Offer And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 6. Annex No. 1 To The Swz Also Provides Aggregated Data On The Amounts Of Energy For Individual Consumption Points And On The Amounts Of Energy In Individual Distribution Tariff Groups. 7. Each New Ppe Created During The Term Of The Contract Must Have A Unit Price Of Energy In Accordance With The Offer Of The Contractor Selected In This Tender Procedure. The Sale Of Electricity For The New Ppe Not Covered By The Annex To The Agreement Will Be Made On The Basis Of An Amendment To The Annex To The Agreement, Without The Need To Renegotiate The Terms Of The Agreement. Increasing The Number Of Collection Points Or Changing The Tariff Group Is Only Possible Within The Tariff Groups That Were Included In The Swz And Priced In The Contractors Offer Form. 8.
