The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery, Commissioning, Testing, Documentation, Training: Delivery And Installation Of The Lpvd Furnace, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Requirements And Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In [Appendix No. 1 To The Swz], Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract (The Subject Matter Of Evidence). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request Clarification Of The Content Of Annex 1 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Features Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract In Order To Identify It, In Accordance With The Table In [Appendix No. 1 To The Swz]. 4. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And Meet The Described Requirements. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Minimum Required Parameters Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. 5. Deadline For Order Completion: Maximum Until June 19, 2026. The Indicated Starting Date Of The Contract Is Completed Due To The Mandatory Field In The Announcement. The Initial Term Of The Contract Will Depend On The Actual Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
