It Must Have A Uniformed Support Team, Made Up Of Cooks And Assistants Responsible For The Preparation And Replacement Of Food And Drinks, As Well As A Cleaning Team Responsible For Sanitizing The Space And Utensils Used, Ensuring Organization, Continuous Replacement And Good Service Throughout The Service Period. (Service Per Person), Complete Cocktail Service, Prepared And Served At The Location Indicated By The City Hall, According To The Specifications And Menu Defined In The Terms Of Reference. The Service Must Include All Utensils And Materials Necessary For Perfect Execution, Such As Trays, Bowls, Side Tables, Towels, Chafing Dishes, Serving Utensils And Waste Bins For Disposal. Uniformed And Qualified Support Staff Must Be Made Available, Consisting Of Waiters To Provide Direct Service To Guests, Cooks And Assistants Responsible For The Preparation And Replacement Of Food And Drinks, As Well As A Cleaning Team Responsible For Maintaining The Organization And Cleaning The Environment During And After The Event.
