Availability Of A State License To Engage In Entrepreneurial Activity In Data Transmission (State License For Telecommunications Services); 6. Availability Of Our Own Data Transmission Network In The Abay Region; 7. The Service Provided Must Be Provided Without Intermediaries 8. Must Have A Wide Range Of Telecommunications Services, Including Ipvpn (National/Local), Data Storage And Processing Services, Own “Cloud Systems”, Etc.
