The Subject Of The Vz Is The Provision Of Continuous Supplies Of Fuel By Cashless Collection At Gas Stations Throughout The Czech Republic In The Form Of Fuel Cards For Motor Vehicles For An Indefinite Period From The Effective Date Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Requires The Possibility Of Pumping Fuel Within The Entire Czech Republic. A) Delivery Of Fuel Cards On The Basis Of Partial Orders Concluded On The Basis Of A Call For Performance In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In The Draft Contract. B) Cashless Collection Of Fuel At Gas Stations And Additional Assortment. Provision Of The Service In Accordance With Appendix No. 1, Specifications. Estimated Amount Of Fuel/2 Years: Gasoline Natural 95 Expected Volume – 20,000 Liters Diesel Fuel Expected Volume – 100,000 Liters Adblue Expected Volume – 3,000 Liters By Submitting An Offer, The Participant Confirms That The Subject Of Performance Meets All The Conditions Set By Legal Regulations, I.E. By Decree No. 516/2020 Coll., And The Technical Requirements Are Defined By The European Standard Čsn En 228 And Čsn En 590. For The Purposes Of This Public Contract, Fuel Card Means A Domestic Card Intended For The Payment Of Fuel According To This Agreement By An Employee Of The Customer, Assigned To The Registration Plate Of A Particular Vehicle Of The Customer And Not Transferable To A Vehicle Of Another Registration Plate And Further Provided With A Unique Identification Number (Hereinafter Only Card). The Settings Of Pumped Services, An Overview Of The Vehicles And Their Number Plates Will Be Submitted According To The Model List Of Payment Cards In Appendix No. 3 And Card Settings In Appendix No. 4 Propulsion Materials For The Purposes Of This Public Contract Means Diesel Fuel Čsn En 590 As Amended, Adblue Additive For The Operation Of Diesel Engines And Gasoline Automobile Natural Čsn En 228 As Amended According To The Technical Specification Listed In Appendix No. 1 Of This Procurement Documentation (Zd). Vehicle For The Purposes Of This Public Contract Means In Particular A Passenger Motor Vehicle And Other Diesel-Electric Aggregates Standing Alone, As Well As Gasoline Engines Built Outside The Vehicle Used To Power The Technical Background Of Transport Vehicles, Or Aggregates Separately Attached As A Trailer Behind A Vehicle With Its Own Registration Plate. Additional Assortment Means, In Particular, Oils, Greases, Lubricants, Antifreeze Liquids, Service Refills, Vehicle Washes, Spare Parts For Cars Normally Available At Gas Stations, Car Accessories, Car First Aid Kits, Any Other Goods, Or Services Of A Similar Nature Intended For The Operation Of The Vehicle, Which Can Normally Be Purchased At Gas Stations. The Price Of The Product Will Be Shown At The Suppliers Gas Stations At The Usual Place And Time. The Supplier Will Provide A Discount For The Additional Assortment According To The Suppliers Offer (Table No. 6) When Paying For The Product Subsequently On The Invoice.
