The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of Framework Agreements Specifying The Conditions For Awarding The Contract For Works And Services Consisting In The Comprehensive Provision Of Environmental Documentation Services Along With Obtaining Administrative Decisions For Electricity Investments. The Works And Services That Will Be Commissioned In The Manner Provided For In The Framework Agreement Concern Both The Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Obtain Administrative Decisions In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Eia Act And The Nature Protection Act, As Well As The Acquisition Of Selected Decisions, Resolutions, Consents, Opinions, Arrangements Or Other Decisions, Documents Required By Law In Order To Implement Electricity Investments. 2.
