The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of Switches And Wifi For The Office Network For The Plant Headquarters, Including: 1) Delivery Of Devices, Which Include: A) 36 Network Switches, B) Access Point For Wlan Networks, 112 Pieces, C) Network Inserts For Network Switches, 194 Pieces, D) 2 Central Wlan Controllers (Working In A Cluster), 2) Supply Of Cabling Fiber Optic To Connect Devices Through Distribution Points; 3) Implementation (Assembly, Commissioning And Configuration) Of The Delivered Devices And Software Necessary For The Proper Launch Of The Devices; 4) Integration Of The Delivered Devices With The Central Network Controller; 5) Provision Of Maintenance Services For The Delivered Devices And Software; 6) Provision Of Consultation Services For A Minimum Of 240 Hours And A Maximum Of 480 Hours; 7) Conducting Instructions In Polish. Order Completion Date: The Agreement Is Valid From The Date Of Its Conclusion Until The Expiry Of The 36-Month Period For The Provision Of Maintenance Services, Including: 1) Delivery Of All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Points 1 And 2 - Will Be Completed By The Contractor Within The Time Specified In The Schedule, But No Later Than 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 2) Measurements In The Zus Headquarters Building And Assembly Of All Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Points 1 And 2 - Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor Within 120 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 3) Implementation Of All Wlan Networks Delivered To The Access Point - Will Be Completed By The Contractor Within 150 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 4) Delivery And Acceptance Of Post-Implementation Documentation - Will Be Completed By The Contractor Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance And Implementation Protocol; 5) Instruction In The Configuration And Management Of The Delivered Devices In Polish Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance And Implementation Protocol; 6) Maintenance Services - Will Be Provided By The Contractor For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance And Implementation Protocol; 7) Consultation Services - Will Be Provided By The Contractor Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement, On Dates Previously Agreed Between The Parties.
