Public Transport Services By Railways – Public Service Contract For The Provision Of Passenger Rail Transport Services On The Paris-Clermont-Ferrand And Paris-Limoges-Toulouse Lines. The Purpose Of The Public Service Contract Is The Operation Of Rail Links Between Paris, Limoges And Toulouse (713 Km) And Between Paris And Clermont-Ferrand (419 Km) Respecting The Following Principles: 1/ A Minimum Frequency Of 11 Round Trips For Paris-Limoges-Toulouse And 9 Round Trips For Paris-Clermont-Ferrand. Candidates Are Free To Propose A Greater Offer In Terms Of Frequency (Addition Of Round Trips); 2/ The List Of Stations Served Must Be At Least Equal To That Currently In Force; 3/ A High Level Of Quality Of Service, Punctuality, Welcome, Information And Comfort. The Rolling Stock Mobilized As Part Of The Call For Tenders Will Consist Of 28 “Oxygène” Type Trainsets, Entirely Financed By The State. The Complete Commissioning Of The Entire Fleet On The Two Lines Concerned Is Planned For The End Of 2027. In Addition, The Routine Maintenance Installations Associated With This Equipment Are Also Financed And Deployed By The State. They Are Located In Particular In Paris-Masséna And Villeneuve-Saint-Georges (Île-De-France), Brive-La-Gaillarde (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), Clermont-Ferrand (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) And Toulouse (Occitanie). At The End Of The Call For Tenders, These Rolling Stock And Fixed Installations Are Made Available By The State To The Selected Operator According To Terms To Be Specified.
