This Tender Notice Applies To The Renovation Task At Vibo Dept. 113, Støberigården, Located At: • Building A-G: Holmbladsgade 35-39 + 41A-47B + 49-61 + 63A-65Ab And Prags Boulevard 32-36, 2300 Kbh S • Building H: Prags Boulevard 38A-38D, 2300 Kbh S. The Building Was Built In 1985 (Building A-G) And 1994 (Building H) Respectively. The Project Consists Of Extensive Renovation Works Based On A Physical Overall Plan For The Department. The Project Consists Of A Total Of 280 Public Housing, Which Is Renovated With Public Support And Is Subject To The Legislation Applicable To Such Cases, With Associated Circulars And Instructions. The Tender For The Main Contract Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With §§ 61-66 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Award The Contract On The Basis Of The Initial Offer, Without Carrying Out Negotiations. Reservations Are Also Made For Extending The Number Of Negotiation Rounds. The Project Primarily Includes The Following Works: • Decomposition And Environmental Remediation. • Installation Work – Replacement And Reconstruction Of Water And Drainage Installations. • Electrical Worker. • Post-Insulation Work. • Construction Work On Outdoor Areas. • Roof Works – New Roofs And Establishment Of Solar Cell Systems. • Option - Installation Of New Pipes In The Ground (The Work Is Expected To Be Carried Out By Another Contractor Before The Start Of The Main Contract). Reference Is Made To The Project Material. The Renovation Must Be Carried Out Under Limited Construction Site Conditions, As Well As In And Around Occupied Tenancies, Where Ongoing Rehousing Is Included. 1.1. Requirements For The Task Appear From The Technical Descriptions Included In The Tender Documents. The Task Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Main Timetable, Which Is Attached To The Tender Documents. The Contractual Requirements Appear In The Main Contract And The Attached Ab 18 With Vibos Additions And Deviations. Selection Criteria: If More Than 4 Applicants Meet The Contracting Authoritys Suitability Requirements, The Contracting Authority Selects The 4 Best Applicants. When Assessing This, Emphasis Will Be Placed On Experience With Similar Tasks. By Similar Tasks Is Meant: • Renovation Projects On A Similar Scale • Carrying Out The Managing And Coordinating Role On Projects With Similar Finances • Handling Of Environmental Remediation • Limited Building Site Conditions • Renovation In And Around Occupied Tenancies, Where Ongoing Rehousing Is Included • Renovation Carried Out As A Main Contractor When Selecting, The Client Will Attach The Greatest Weight To The Main Contractors Own References.
