The First Subsequent Contract Will Be Awarded After The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement. Minimum And Maximum Number Of Scs Estimated To Be Concluded: Minimum 2 And Maximum 4, Frequency Of Subsequent Contracts: Minimum 2 And Maximum 4, For The Entire Duration Of Ac Sc Delivery Term: In Trances, According To Art. 3.3.1 Of The Task Book The Framework Agreement Will Be Signed With A Minimum Of 1 And A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators. According To Model Of Ac 11.5. (1) For The Signing Of Subsequent Contracts, The Promising Contracting Entity Will Always Address The Promising Supplier With The Lowest Price That Is Part Of The Framework Agreement. (2) If The Promisor Supplier 1 Does Not Sign The Subsequent Contract Within The Term Stipulated In Art. 11.4 (1), The Promising Contracting Entity Will Address The Promising Supplier 2. If The Promising Supplier 2 Does Not Sign The Subsequent Contract Within The Term Stipulated In Art. 11.4 (1), The Promising Contracting Entity Will Address The Promising Supplier 3. (3) In The Event That The Promising Supplier 3 Does Not Sign The Subsequent Contract Within The Term Stipulated In Art. 11.4 (1), The Framework Agreement Is Terminated Pursuant To Art. 16.8.(1), Lit. D). Art. 11.4. (1) The Promising Supplier Has The Obligation To Sign The Subsequent Contract Within A Maximum Of 5 Working Days From The Date Of Receipt.
