Tenders Are Invited For Management Of Municipal Waste From The Połaniec Commune

1. Under The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Municipal Waste Delivered To The Contractor: 1.1. Biodegradable Waste - Waste Code: 20 02 01, Estimated Quantity: 600 Mg. The Waste Will Be Collected As Part Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties In The City And Commune Of Połaniec. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Bio-Waste In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended). 1.2. The Ordering Party Attaches Illustrative Photos Of Biodegradable Waste. The Ordering Party Requires That In The Case Of Waste With Code 20 02 01, The Result Of Recovery Is Fertilizer/Compost.1.3. In This Respect, The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of A Reloading Station That Meets The Requirements Specified In Art. 23 Section 10 Point 3 Of The Waste Act. The Condition Is That No More Than One Reloading Station Is Indicated.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Installation Where The Waste Will Be Managed, Or The Transfer Station Indicated By The Contractor, Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 130 Km. From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Indication In The Offer (Offer Form) Of The Distance Of The Installation Or Transfer Station From The Ordering Partys Registered Office, I.E. Ul. Ruszczańska 27, 28-230 Połaniec, Using The Mapa.Targeo.Pl Website Using The Shortest Route, On Public Roads Available For Cars With A Total Weight Over 10 Tons. The Above Data Will Be Verified By The Ordering Party Using The Portal (Https://Www.Targeo.Pl/) 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A Screenshot Confirming The Distance From The Ordering Partys Headquarters To The Place Of Waste Acceptance. Failure To Submit A Screenshot With The Offer Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.5. In Case Of Doubts, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Independently Verify The Distance Using The Website Mapa.Targeo.Pl In Order To Verify The Data Provided By The Contractor.6. If A Reloading Station Is Indicated, The Contractor Is Obliged To Reload The Delivered Waste And Transport It To The Installation Where It Will Be Managed At Its Own Expense And Risk.7. The Contractor Will Specify In The Offer The Minimum Level Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Of Managed Waste. The Ordering Party Requires That The Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Indicated In The Offer Should Not Be Lower Than 75%.8.
