The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting A One-Day Training For Independence Caregivers In Connection With The Project Implemented By The Olsztyn Commune - Municipal Social Welfare Center In Olsztyn. Promotion Of Foster Parenthood, Support For Existing Foster Families And People Becoming Independent And Leaving Family Or Institutional Foster Care No.: Fewm.09.09-Iz.00-0003/24 Under Priority 9: Inclusion And Integration Of Esf+ Of The Regional Program European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027 Co-Financed From European Funds Social Fund Plus. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which The Ordering Party Made Available In An Electronic Version On The Public Procurement Platform Of The Olsztyn Commune. 3. Number Of Training Participants: 9 People, Provided That The Number Of Participants May Be Changed, Decreased Or Increased By 3 People.4. The Contractor Will Provide: A) A Place For The Training In Olsztyn, B) A Buffet For Min. 2 Coffee Breaks (Coffee, Tea, Cookies, E.G. Shortcrust). C) A Person, A Trainer With Knowledge Of The Act Of June 9, 2011 On Supporting The Family And The Foster Care System, In Particular Issues Related To The Independence Of Foster Care Pupils, With Appropriate Education And Experience To Conduct The Training. 5. The Training Covers A Minimum Of 8 Teaching Hours (1 Hour = 45 Minutes) Conducted On-Site, On Saturday. 6. After Completing The Training, Participants Will Receive Personal Certificates Confirming The Completion Of The Training.7. The Order Will Be Implemented Based On Applicable Law And In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Opz And In The Contract Template.
