1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Ordering Party With Design Services Consisting In The Development Of Design, Geodetic And Legal Documentation And Obtaining Appropriate Decisions, Arrangements And Permits, Along With Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit As Part Of The Design Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1647K Gronków - Bukowina Tatrzańska On The Section From Km 5+704.00 To Km 6+654.00 (Local Km: From 3+904 To 4+854.00) For The Construction Of A Sidewalk Within The Road.2. Preparation Of The Study For The Design Task Referred To In Point 5.1 Of The Swz Includes In Particular The Development Of A Land Development Design On A Current Map For Design Purposes, A Construction Design And An Executive Design. The Study Must Be Complete To The Extent Sufficient To Effectively Report Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And To Properly Implement The Planned Road Reconstruction.3. For This Purpose, A Conceptual Development Of The Proposed Solutions Should Be Prepared And Presented To The Ordering Party For Approval Of The Technical Solutions. The Study Should Include, Among Others: Construction Of A Sidewalk, Possible Parking Spaces, Bus Stops Or Bays, Exits And Intersections, Drainage And Road Safety Elements, Provision Of Technological Channels, Sewage Systems And Foundations For The Installation Of Lighting (Excluding Electrical Installations And Road Lamp Masts - The Task Is The Responsibility Of Ug Bukowina Tatrzańska). Reconstruction Of Fences Colliding With The Designed Sidewalk, Located In The Road, Should Also Be Planned.4. The Developed Concepts Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Within 60 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Will Discuss The Submitted Concepts At A Meeting Of The Tatra County Board On The Date Set After Submitting The Concept.5. The Ordering Party Will Approve And Submit Any Comments On The Proposed Solutions On The Day Of Presentation At The Meeting Of The Tatra County Board.6. The Documentation Should Also Include The Development And Approval Of The Target Traffic Organization Design For The Designed Section In The Communication Department Of The District Office In Zakopane, Taking Into Account The Introduced Design Solutions.7. Currently, According To The Records, The District Road 1647K Gronków - Bukowina Tatrzańska Has A Technical Class Of Z. It Is Advisable For The Entire Investment To Be Located On Plots Within The Road And Constituting Road Use.8. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Complete Study Together With Documents Confirming The Effective Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Within 120 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract: 1) Materials For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, 2) Construction And Executive Design For The Reconstruction Of The Above-Mentioned.
