1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A 9-Seater Car, With A Raised Body, Adapted To Transport Disabled People For The Social Welfare Home In Nowy Czarnów, Gryfino Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: 1) Adaptation Of The Car To Transport Disabled People, Including 2 Wheelchairs, 2) Delivery Of The Car To The Social Welfare Home - 74-105 Nowe Czarnowo 66.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Minimum Requirements And Parameters Listed Below, Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Subject To Any Repairs, From Production In 2025 Or 2026, Of Full Value, Complete, Free From Defects, Including Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, And Also Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Those Resulting From The Road Traffic Law And Implementing Regulations.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Co-Financed From Pfron Funds Under The Equalizing Differences Between Regions Program And From The Own Funds Of The Social Welfare Home In Nowy Czarnów.
