The Subject Of This Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, For The Task Of Expanding The Section Of District Road No. 2928E - Ul. Główna In The Towns: Bądzyń, Zofiówka And Rydzynki, Commune. Tuszyn And Providing Authors Supervision Until The Task Is Completed. It Is Planned To Expand The Road On The Section From Ul. Poddębiny In Tuszyn To District Road No. 1512E Ul. Cmentarna In Zofiówka Over A Length Of Approx. 3.00 Km By Rebuilding The Road Along With The Appropriate Substructure And Widening The Road To A Width Of 6 M. The Investment Should Also Include The Construction Of A Roadside, Construction Of A One-Sided Sidewalk, Construction Of Exits To The Plots, Drainage, Design Of Traffic Safety Elements, Removal Of Collisions, Felling Of Trees In The Amount Necessary To Implement The Project And Road Marking (Vertical And Horizontal). The Design Documentation Should Also Include The Reconstruction Of The Culvert On The Dobrzynka River. It Is Also Necessary To Develop And Implement A New, Permanent Road Traffic Organization And Perform Geotechnical Tests. The Documentation Should Also Include Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions, Including The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid). Due To The Implementation Deadlines, The Ordering Party Requires The Documentation To Be Divided Into Two Sections: 1) From Ul. Poddębiny To Ul. Fr. Brzóski, (Annex No. 11 To Swz)2) From Ul. Fr. Brzóski To Ul. Cmentarna (Appendix No. 12 To Swz). For Each Section, A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Must Be Obtained And Separate Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities Must Be Prepared. The Entire Project Should Be Compliant With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Including The Implementation Of Road Markings.
