The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of The Terrace And Adaptation To The Needs Of People With Disabilities Based On The Construction Design At Ul. Zawiszy 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Construction Design And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Include General Construction Works That Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Specified In The Construction Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Material For The Valuation Of The Works.
