The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Sealing The Roof Of The Sanitary And Cloakroom Part Of The Sports Hall At Primary School No. 8 In Zamość (Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment). 2. The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Included In The Budget Of The City Of Zamość For 2025-2026 Entitled: Modernization Of The Roof Of The Sanitary And Locker Room Part Of The Sports Hall At Primary School No. 8 In Zamość.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting Of: A) Sealing The Roof Covering Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities, B) Renovation Of Suspended Ceilings In The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities.4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform All Preparatory And Security Works Necessary For The Safe Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Develop The Construction Site And Maintain The Construction Facilities At Its Own Expense, 3) Carry Out The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, 4) Repair The Inventoried Underground Facilities Damaged During The Execution Of The Works, 5) Incur All Costs Related To Measurement, Delivery And Consumption Of Utilities Necessary To Perform The Order During The Execution Of The Order, 6) Performing Cleaning Works During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And After Their Completion, After The Completion Of The Works, Restoring The Construction Site To Its Original Condition, 7) Covering The Costs Related To: A) The Arrangement And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, B) Ensuring Surveying Services For The Duration Of The Works And Carrying Out Post-Construction Surveying Measurements Of The Constructed Facilities And Elements, C) Making And Securing The Surveying Network Against Destruction And Repairing It In The Event Of Damage, D) Removing Any Unexploded Ordnance, Unexploded Ordnance And Discovered Ammunition During The Works, E) Making Excavations In The Event Of Failure To Report For Acceptance Of Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, F) Making Connections For The Needs Of The Construction Site Based On The Conditions Obtained From The Network Owners And Bearing The Costs Of Their Measurement, Delivery And Consumption, As Well As Possible Switching On And Off Of Electricity, G) Servicing The Owners Of Individual Networks As Well As Ownership Supervision And Other Supervision Resulting From The Implementation Arrangements, H) Carrying Out The Required Measurements, Tests, Tests, Checks, Including Those Additionally Required By The Owners Of The Network, I) Repairing Destruction And Damage Resulting From The Works Carried Out, Repairing Damage To Existing Facilities And Existing Land Development Elements, Removing Any Damage Caused, Also On Third Party Plots, J) Restoring Damaged Hard Surfaces And Green Areas, K) Adjusting The Height Of All Inclusions/Connections With Existing Streets And Pedestrian Routes So As To
