Part I Of The Order Includes: Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Following Towns: Krasnodęby-Kasmy, Krasnodęby-Rafały, Karlusin, Bachorza And The Parking Lot At The Municipal Office Building. Estimated Quantities: Snow Removal Of Municipal Roads/Sidewalks: 75 Hours Anti-Slippery Equipment Operation: 35 Hours Roughening Mixture: 75 Tons2. The Quantities Given Above Are Estimated Values, And The Actual Number Of Hours Worked And Material Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Impossible To Predict And Depends On External Factors. This Quantity May Differ From The Above-Mentioned Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party. Due To The Above, The Contractor Has No Basis To Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Basis For Financial Settlements Will Be The Actual Number Of Hours Worked And Material Used. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations And Requirements For The Contractor Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Contract.4. Planned Scope Of The Service (For All Five Parts Of The Order): 1) Combating Winter Slipperiness (Sprinkling Roads) With A Roughening Mixture, I.E. A Mixture Of Sand With 30% Nacl (Sodium Chloride) Using A Vehicle With A Sandblaster. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Loading The Mixture Yourself. 2) Clearing Snow From Roads (With A Vehicle With A Plow)5. The Condition For Starting The Task Is To Receive Information From The Ordering Employee About The Commencement Of The Winter Road Maintenance Service. Before Commencing Winter Road Maintenance Activities, The Contractor Will Establish Vehicle Routes With The Ordering Party.6. Arrangements And Travel Orders Will Be Issued By The Supervisor On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To One Telephone Number Indicated By The Contractor, Open 24 Hours A Day. If The Contractor Conducts Activities On Several Tasks, He Also Indicates One Telephone Number Valid For All Tasks.7. After The Ordering Party Issues An Order To Take Immediate Action, The Maximum Response Time Of The Contractor Is 2 Hours.
