The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of The Water Treatment Plant In Nowa Wieś Ujska - Design And Build. The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Water Treatment Plant In Nowa Wieś Ujska. The Scope Of Documentation Necessary To Perform The Order Includes: General Requirements: 1) Design Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With Common Technical Rules And Good Practices, Regulations And Standards And Assuming Compliance With All Requirements Contained In This Fup, 2) Design Documentation Must Be Prepared In A Manner Consistent With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Technical, Construction And Environmental Protection Regulations, 3) The Design Documentation Must Be Complete In Terms Of The Purpose It Is To Serve, 4) The Documentation Should Be Approved By The Ordering Party In Relation To The Requirements And Scope Contained In This Fup. 5) The Assumptions And Requirements Presented In The Functional And Utility Program, Issued Decisions, Water And Legal Permits, Documentation Approving Operational Resources Should Be Used As The Basis For The Development Of Designs And Execution Of Works, Data On Water Production, Bill Of Quantities, Scope Of Works. 6) Before Starting Work, The Contractor Will Verify The Design Input Data Prepared By The Ordering Party And Perform All Tests And Analyzes At His Own Expense. 7) If The Law Or Practical Considerations Require That Some Of The Contractors Documents Be Verified By Authorized Persons Or Agreed By The Relevant Authorities, Verification And/Or Obtaining Approvals Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor At His Own Expense Before Submitting This Documentation For Approval By The Ordering Party. Verification And/Or Obtaining Agreements Does Not Constitute Approval By The Ordering Party, Which May Refuse Approval In Any Case When It Finds That The Contractors Documents Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contract.8) During The Period Of Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Must Ensure The Designers Supervision And Ensure That The Designers Will Be At The Ordering Partys Disposal During The Implementation Of The Investment Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period And Guarantee For Defects In Construction Works.9) Before Applying For A Building Permit/Notification, The Contractor Is Obliged To Is To Submit To The Ordering Party For Inspection 2 Copies In Polish Of The Construction Design And The Detailed Design (Descriptions, Calculations, Drawings, Etc.). After Approval By The Ordering Party, 1 Appropriately Marked Copy Is Returned To The Contractor.
