The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Execution Of Demolition Works On Road Elements, - Protection Of Underground Telecommunication Lines, - Slopes, - Construction Of A Bituminous Road With A Variable Width From 4.00 M To 5.00 M With The Structure Indicated In The Design Documentation And A Double-Sided Shoulder Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate With A Width Of 0.50 M, - Reconstruction Of The Existing Exits Adjacent To The Road Under Reconstruction And Adjustment Height Of All External Devices And Existing Exits With Paved And Unpaved Surfaces, Referring To The Edge Of The Reconstructed Road And The Adjacent Area, - Removal Of Trees And Bushes Along With Uprooting Of Trunks And Roots And Adjustment Of The Road Gauge, Colliding With The Investment, - Adjustment Of Underground Infrastructure Devices, - Installation Of Traffic Safety Elements, - Topsoil And Sowing Of The Roadsides. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, In Order To Achieve The Final Result Specified In The Subject Of The Order. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature.
