A Detailed List Is Attached To The Swz. All Names, Types And Origins Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Not Binding On The Contractors, They Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature. In The Case Of Names, Types Or Origin Used In The Description, They Are Accompanied By The Entry Or Equivalent, Which Means That The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products, Where An Equivalent Product Means A Product That Has The Same Features, Functions, Parameters And Quality Standards Or Better Than The Specific Name Or Origin Indicated In The Description.
