1. The Order In Question Involves The Implementation Of Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil For Heating Systems In Buildings Belonging To The Ordering Party In The Years 2026-2027. Estimated Total Quantity Scope Of The Order: 80,000 Liters Of Fuel Oil.2. Estimated Quantity Range Of A Single Delivery: From 1,000 To 15,000 Liters Of Heating Oil. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantitative Scope Of A Single Delivery Depending On Needs. The Total Amount Of Oil Delivered May Be Increased By 20%, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Fuel Oil In A Specialized Tank Truck Equipped With Certified Equipment For Measuring The Fueled Oil.4. Fuel Oil Will Be Filled Directly Into The Heating System Tanks Located In The Buildings Indicated By The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Refueling Heating Oil During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, Within The Business Days Specified In The Offer From The Moment The Ordering Party Submits The Order In Writing, By Fax Or E-Mail. Delivery To The Ordering Partys Buildings - No Later Than 10:00. 6. The Means Of Transport Necessary To Deliver Fuel Oil And Its Delivery In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Are Provided By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With Current Standards And Regulations Regarding The Subject Of The Order.7. The Offered Light Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Pn-C-96024 Standard And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008, As Amended).8. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Entrust The Contractor With Additional Scope Of Work, Including Additional Deliveries Of Heating Oil (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option).9. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Order Additional Deliveries Covered By The Option. The Contractor Has No Claim To Commission Them.10. Supplies Subject To The Option May Be Ordered For A Value Of Up To 20% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In § 5 Section 1 Of The Contract.11. Ordering Additional Deliveries That Are The Subject Of The Option, Determining The Value Of These Deliveries, Making Payment And Liability For Their Non-Performance Or Improper Performance, Including Liability In The Form Of Contractual Penalties, As Well As The Exercise Of The Ordering Partys Rights Arising From The Agreement, Including The Exercise Of The Right To Submit Complaints And The Right To Withdraw From The Agreement, Will Be Carried Out On The Same Principles As In The Case Of Deliveries Being The Subject Of The Agreement. 12. The Quantity Of Deliveries Included In The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Indicated In The Swz Is An Estimate. The Number Of Deliveries Ordered To Be Made During The Execution Of The Agreement May Be
