Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment And Creation Of An Application For Multimedia Stations In The Mini-Museum As Part Of The Project Center For Tourist Services And Promotion Of Regional Products Kowary - Leśna Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Currently Created Exhibition In The Building Of The Railway Station In Kowary By The Implementation Of Additional 7 Multimedia Stands, Including In Particular: 1) Creation Of New Stands In Accordance With The Guidelines Indicated In The Swz And In Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Development Of Multimedia Content Scenarios In Cooperation With The Ordering Party; 3) Creation Of Multimedia Content In Two Language Versions And Their Implementation In The Constructed Stands;4) Expansion Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations For The Needs Of New Stands;5) Integration Of Stands Into The Existing Exhibition Control And Management System;6) Staff Training;7) Warranty Service During The Warranty Period Under The Terms Specified In The Contract. 2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Ensure Uniform Aesthetics, Narrative, Functionality And Technical Compatibility Of The System With The Existing Museum Exhibition. In Particular, This Concerns: 1) Close Connection Of Content With Multimedia Media, 2) Consistency Of User Interfaces, Translations And The Educational Layer, 3) The Requirement Of Compliance With The Principles Of Universal Design And Digital Accessibility (In Accordance With Wcag 2.1 At Aa Level), 4) The Need To Ensure Compatibility And Integration Between Exhibition, Multimedia And It Systems, 5) Responsibility For Maintaining The Narrative And Visual Coherence Of The Exhibition. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 11 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Requires Proper And Aesthetic Installation Of All Elements (All Visible Cables Must Be Hidden In Appropriate Tunnels Or Covers). Connection And Installation Must Meet All Construction Law And Health And Safety Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Easy Service Access To The Installed Devices And To Take Into Account Access To Other Existing Installations, Such As Inspection Doors Or Service Panels, In A Way That Does Not Hinder Their Use.5. The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Training For The Group Of People Indicated By The Ordering Party (Not Exceeding 5 People), Which Will Include Familiarizing Them With The Operation And Operation Of Multimedia Devices And Content That Are The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Familiarizing Them With Any Problems That May Arise During The Use Of Multimedia Devices And Content That Are The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Will Provide Maintenance Services For The Installed Stations: 1) Technical Service During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, 2) Possibility Of Reporting Failures And Problems Using The Indicated Telephone Number And E-Mail, 3) Response Time To Reports: The Contractor Or The Entity Indicated By Him Will Respond To The Report Of A Failure Or Problem Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours From Receiving The Report During Standard Working Hours On Working Days.
