The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Six Comprehensive Catering Services During Six Information And Activation Meetings Organized As Part Of The Project Entitled: Increasing Equal And Quick Access To Good Quality Social Services For Dependent People From The City Of Nowy Sącz, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program: A) Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals For A Group Of 25 Project Participants For Six One-Day Events As Part Of Information And Activation Meetings In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026, B) The Services Will Be Provided In The City Of Nowy Sącz On Fixed Working Days From Monday To Friday Between 9.00 A.M. And 6.00 P.M., And The Provision Of Catering Services Will Last Approximately 6 Hours (This Time Includes Preparing The Place For The Provision Of The Service And Cleaning It Up After Service Provided)2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Contract Template, Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference. The Contract Template Specifies The Quality Standards Set By The Ordering Party, Which Refer To All Important Features Of The Subject Of The Contract.
