1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Launch Of An Integrated Video Monitoring System, Early Fire Detection En 54-10, Vehicle Identification In Zzo Koniecznia. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Annex No. 9 To Swz,2. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Visited The Site Where The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed And Checked The Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Obtain Any Data That May Be Useful For Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Subject Of The Contract. A Site Visit And Checking Documents Is Obligatory. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Did Not Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Paragraph. 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit And Verification Of Documents Will Be A Protocol Signed By A Person Representing The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Person Representing The Contractor Must Be Authorized To Perform This Activity Based On Registration Documents Or A Power Of Attorney Submitted In The Original Or A Notarized Copy. The Protocol Will Be Prepared In Two Identical Copies, One For The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Template Of The Protocol Is Attached As Appendix No. 11 To The Swz. The Costs Related To Participation In The On-Site Visit Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Sets The Last Possible Day For The On-Site Visit As 2 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, I.E. By March 3, 2026.3. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions, As Appropriate, Together With Its Description Or Standards, In Particular By Means Of Evidence That The Solution Proposed By Him Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. Note! A) If Equivalent Solutions Are Offered In The Offer That Do Not Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Tor, The Contractors Offer Will Not Be Subject To Supplementation And Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Ppl I.E.
