The Contractor Ensures Readiness To Provide Services Within 3 Days Of A Written Or Telephone Notification From An Employee Of The Commune Office. Preliminary Schedule Of Services: A) March - May 2026: Leveling Of Roads With A Dirt Or Aggregate Surface With A Grader, B) May - September 2026: Loading, Spreading, Leveling And Compaction Of Aggregate And Demolition Materials At The Offices Disposal (Approximately 3,000 Mg) On Municipal And Internal Roads, C) March - December 2026: Performing Earthworks (E.G. Restoring, Cleaning Ditches Along Roads) Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.3) For The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Provides The Following Equipment: A) Grader 1 Piece, B) Backhoe - Wheel Loader With A Power Of Min. 105 Hp - 2 Pcs., C) Truck With A Load Capacity Of Up To 20 Tons - 2 Pcs., D) Steel Roller - 1 Pc. The Equipment Must Be Approved For Traffic Pursuant To The Road Traffic Law Act Of June 20, 1997 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended).4) The Contractor Bears Civil Liability – Legal For All Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Accepted Service.
