Part No. 1 - Telecommunications Industry: 1/ Scope Of Duties And Activities Related To The Supervision Of Construction Works, Including Verification Of Acceptance Documentation And Final Acceptance Of Works: A/ Supervision Of Construction Works In The Telecommunications Industry, B/ Supervision, Control And Enforcement Of The Task In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Applicable Standards, Health And Safety Regulations, Technical Conditions For The Implementation Of Industry Works, C/ Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Enforcing The Provisions Of The Construction Works Contract, D/ Participation In Coordination Meetings And Ad Hoc Working Meetings Organized On The Initiative Of The Contractor Or The Employer, E/ Participating In Research, Tests, Trials And Measurements Carried Out By The Contractor Or Other Institutions During The Implementation Of The Works And Verifying The Results Obtained On Their Basis, F/ Participating In Possible Inspections Of The Works During The Implementation Of Construction Works, Clarifying Doubts And, If Necessary, Preparing Written Explanations, G/ Making Entries In The Journal Construction, H/ Approval Of Materials To Be Incorporated, Controlling The Quality Of The Works Performed And Incorporated Materials In Terms Of Their Compliance With The Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications, Applicable Standards And Regulations, I/ Cooperation With The Authors Supervision (Designer), J/ Obtaining Material Certificates And Other Necessary Construction Documents From The Contractor, K/ In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Qualifying Materials From Demolition In Terms Of Their Suitability For Reuse Incorporation, L/ Control Of The Recording Of Waste/Demolition Materials Unsuitable For Re-Incorporation, M/ Agreeing With The Ordering Party On Any Changes Regarding The Scope And Value Of The Works, N/ Keeping The Ordering Party Informed About The Progress Of The Works, Irregularities Or Threats Identified In The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Resulting From The Material And Financial Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party And About The Methods Of Solving Them And The Corrective Actions Introduced (Repair),O/ Participating In Technical Inspections,P/ Participating In Partial Acceptance: Operational, Fading Works, Works To Be Covered, Industrial And Final Acceptance,Q/ Verifying The Material, Financial And Substantive Acceptance Documents Prepared By The Contractor,R/ Supervising The Execution Of Correction Works And Removing Faults/Defects Found During The Acceptance, S/ Ensuring A Replacement Of A Person With The Required Qualifications And Experience In Performing Supervision During The Inspectors Absence;2/ Scope Of Duties And Activities Of The Supervision Inspector During The Period Of Warranty For Defects And Quality Guarantee Granted By The Contractor Of Construction Works: A) Participating In Possible Inspections After The Completion Of Construction Work
