Subject Of The Order.1. Name Given To The Order By The Ordering Party: Service And Maintenance Of Parking Meters And Purchases Of Other Services For The Operation Of The Paid Parking Zone In Zielona Góra.2. The Ordering Party Has Divided The Subject Of The Order Into Two Parts And Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers, According To The Contractors Choice - For One Or All Parts.3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Servicing And Maintenance Of Toll Collection Devices - Z-1, Z-3, Z-3-O And Pc100 Parking Meters, As Well As Maintaining The Parking Meter Database. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Parts: 3.1. Part (Task) I Service And Maintenance: 38 Pc100 Parking Meters Delivered By Projekt Parking Sp. Z O. O., Year. Prod. 2020 And Maintaining, During The Contract Period, The Parking Machine Database Managing, Controlling And Monitoring The Functioning Of Pc100 Parking Meters Used By The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Bdp.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4.1 (Part I) And I.4.2 (Part Ii) To Swz.5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Priced Based On The Price Form, According To The Attached Calculation Tables In Point 2.1. And/Or 2.2. Annex No. I.1 To The Swz (According To The Contractors Choice - For One Or All Parts).6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Qualitative Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor. The Contractor Who Accepts Equivalent Solutions (Products) For The Valuation Of The Offer Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Adopted Solutions, Including Equipment And Materials. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Equivalent Solution Meets The Requirements Specified In The Tor, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Detailed Description/List Of The Offered Equivalent Procurement Subject Matter, Which Will Specify For Each Solution The Features Enabling Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Solution And Confirmation Of Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The
