1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Building Of The Provincial Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection At Ul. Priest W. Osińskiego 12/13 In Olsztyn. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Thermal Insulation Of The Flat Roof And A New Roofing Made Of Thermally Welded Roofing Felt 2) Insulation Of Basement Walls Along With The Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation 3) Re-Building Of Chimneys, Bricking Them To The Required Height And Insulating Them, 4) Construction Of New Chimney Caps, Execution Of Plasters And Sheet Metal Work On Ventilation Chimneys 5) Installation Of New Ventilation And Sewage Vents Flat Roof6) Building Over The Parapets Of The Gable Walls In Connection With The Insulation Of The Flat Roof7) Connecting Downpipes To The Rainwater Drainage Network Based On The Technical Specifications Issued By The Municipal Investment Department Of The Municipal Office8) Constructing A Lightning Protection System On The Roof With Connection To The Existing Earthing9) Constructing A Structure For A Smoke Exhaust Flap10) Constructing A Rainwater Drainage Connection With An External Stormwater Installation For Connection To The Sewage System Rainwater11) Installation Of A Hybrid Sewage Pumping Station;2. The Design Documentation Attached To The Procedure Covers A Broader Scope Of Works That Will Be The Subject Of Another Order. 3. The Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Work In Such A Way As Not To Disturb The Work And Operation Of The Facility And To Secure The Work In A Way That Ensures Full Safety Of Applicants, Contractors And Employees.4. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature In Determining The Scope Of The Order. Bills Of Quantities Do Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation.
