The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Providing Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Design Works And Works, As Well As Managing The Contract Entitled: Construction Of Acoustic Screens Along The A1 Section, Kutno Północ Junction - Łódź Północ Junction. The Supervision Service Will Be Provided In The Following Scope: Management And Supervision Services During The Design Period (Stage I Of The Agreement With The Contractor Of Design Works And Works), Management And Supervision Services During The Implementation Of Construction Works (Stage Ii Of The Agreement With The Contractor Of Design Works And Works) And Management And Supervision Services During The Testing And Measurement Period (Stage Iii Of The Agreement With The Contractor Of Design Works And Works). Stage Iii Of The Agreement With The Contractor Of Design Works And Works Provides That The Supervision Will Verify The Research And Analyzes Included In The Report Of The Contractor Of Documentation And Works, Regarding The Measurements Performed Using The Procedure Of Continuous 24-Hour Recording Of The Noise Level. The Investors Supervision Will Accept Completed Design Works, Construction Works And Noise Level Research Studies, Issue Partial Acceptance Protocols And Other Acceptance Protocols, Prepare Settlement Tables For The Contractor Of Design Works And Works, Verify And Accept The Basic Bill Of Quantities Of Permanent Works, The Schedule Of Design Works And Construction Works, And Cooperate With The Investor And The Contractor At Every Stage Of The Task Implementation. Design And Works. The List Of Requirements And A Detailed Description Of The Services That The Investor Plans To Commission For The Supervision Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Draft Contractual Provisions. The Expected Scope Of The Investment To Be Supervised By The Investor Is The Design And Construction Of Noise Barriers Along With Accompanying Works Consisting Of: Dismantling Existing And Installing New Road Barriers; Construction Of A Road Drainage System (Triangular Edge Sewage, Sewage Wells, Slope Sewage), Enabling The Outflow Of Water From The Road To Ditches; Construction Of An Aggregate Roadside Between The Triangular Drain And The Foundation Of The Acoustic Screen, Removal Of The Fence In Places Where It Collides With The Screens, Disassembly And Reassembly Of Road Signs Colliding With The Rebuilt Acoustic Screens. In Addition To Supervising Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Noise Barriers, It Will Be Necessary To Supervise The Proper Performance Of Measurements By The Contractor Using The Procedure Of Continuous 24-Hour Recording Of The Noise Level.
