Tenders Are Invited For Partial Renovation Of Roads With A Dirt Surface Along With The Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5 And Roadside Felling According To The Employers Instructions In 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Partial Renovation Of Roads With A Dirt Surface In The Kamień Pomorski Commune And Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0 - 31.5 And Roadside Felling According To The Ordering Partys Instructions In 2026. 2. As Part Of The Procedure, The Ordering Party Envisages Mechanical Grading Of Approximately 40,000 M2 Of Roads With A Dirt Surface And The Delivery And Installation Of Approximately 1,200 Tons Of Aggregate And Roadside Felling Over A Length Of Approximately 4,000 M. The Quantities Given Are Only Estimates And May Change During The Term Of The Contract. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Method Of Performing It Are Included In The Detailed Technical Specification, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Be Rejected.5. The Ordering Party Specifies The Following Requirements Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order Under An Employment Contract: 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended): A) An Employee Operating A Road Grader B) A Person With A Class 22 Road Roller License) At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Within The Specified Deadline, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration That The Persons Performing The Activities Specified In Paragraph 1 Of This Point Are Employed Under A Contract For Work.6. The Contractor Will Ensure, At His Own Expense, Proper Security Of The Renovation Works And Is Obliged To Comply With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations When Performing The Work. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Safety Of Third Parties During The Performance Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order. 7. In The Event Of Damage Occurring During The Execution Of Works, Repairing Them And Restoring Them To The Previous Condition Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
