The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution And Implementation Of E-Services For The Budzyń Commune As Part Of The Project Development Of Electronic Administration And Improvement Of The Availability Of E-Services In The Budzyń Commune, Implemented Under The Regional Program European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027, Priority 1: European Funds For The Greater Poland Economy, Measure 1.3 Development Of E-Services And Public E-Resources. The Order Covers The Implementation Of E-Services Made Available On-Line, Including The Development Of The Budzyń Commune Tax Portal With The E-Payments Functionality And The Implementation Of The E-Recruitment System For The Budzyń Commune Office And Educational Units Indicated In The Procedure Documentation. As Part Of The Tax Portal, E-Payments Will Concern Agricultural Tax, Real Estate Tax And Forest Tax For Natural And Legal Persons, Providing A Preview Of The Settlement Status And Information On Interest Due On The Payment Date. The E-Recruitment System Will Be Designed To Enable Electronic Submission And Processing Of Recruitment Applications. As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Project In Question, E-Services Will Be Implemented In The Budzyń Commune Office, Including In Individual Organizational Units Subordinated To: A) Shared Services Center In Budzyń; B) Daily Social Welfare Home In Budzyń; C) Commune Social Welfare Center In Budzyń; D) Commune Cultural Center In Budzyń; E) Commune Waterworks And Sewerage Plant In Budzyń Budzyniu;F) Local Government Kindergarten Named After Misia Uszatka In Budzyń;G) Koziołek Matołek Local Government Kindergarten In Wyszyny;H) Primary School Named After Greater Poland Insurgents In Budzyń;I) Primary School Of Nicolaus Copernicus University In Wyszyny;J) Umig Budzyń. The Implementation Of The Order Is Intended To Introduce Advanced Public E-Services With A High Level Of Maturity, Allowing Residents, Business Entities And Non-Governmental Organizations To Comprehensively Handle Official Matters In The Office And Organizational Units.
