When Called In Life-Threatening Situations, Immediately If It Is Necessary To Immediately Treat The Patient In Another Medical Facility Within No More Than 30 Minutes From The Call;1.2. Upon Request, Within A Time Agreed With The Reporting Person If It Is Necessary To Maintain The Continuity Of The Patients Treatment.2. Transport Carried Out By The Basic Medical Rescue Team - Carried Out By: 2.1. Personnel With Appropriate Qualifications, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Annex No. 3 To Order No. 179/2020/Dsm Of The President Of The National Health Fund Of November 12, 2020. On Determining The Conditions For Concluding And Implementing Contracts Such As Emergency Medical Services;2.2. Composition Of The Team In Accordance With Art. 36 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of September 8, 2006. On State Emergency Medical Services, I.E. At Least Two Persons Authorized To Perform Emergency Medical Activities, Including A System Nurse Or Paramedic And A Driver, If None Of The Members Of The Emergency Medical Team Meet The Conditions Referred To In Article 106(1) Of The Act Of January 5, 2011. About Vehicle Drivers;2.3. Means Of Transport Meeting The Requirements In Accordance With Art. 36 Section 2 Of The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services - Minimum 2 Vehicles2.4. Estimated Number Of Transports Of The Basic Medical Rescue Team - 576 Per Year.
