The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works And Other Activities Necessary To Implement The Task Titled: Creation Of 32 New Care Places For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age As Part Of A New Institution - Nursery In The Kobylnica Commune At Ul. Młyńska 21A, 76 - 251 Kobylnica Through The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of A Service Building Into A Nursery. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) The Construction Part, I.E.: A) Construction Of A Door Opening In The External Wall With A New Steel Lintel, B) Partial Bricking Of A Window Opening In The External Wall - Changing The Dimensions Of The Joinery In The Above-Mentioned Opening, C) Partial Bricking Of A Door Opening In The External Wall - Changing The Dimensions Of The Joinery In The Above-Mentioned Opening, D) Construction Of A Door Opening In The External Wall Using The Existing Lintel Window - Changing The Dimensions Of The Joinery In The Above-Mentioned Opening, E) Widening The Door Opening In The External Wall With The Construction Of A New Steel Lintel, F) Making New Hardening Around The Building In Order To Create The Main Entrance Without Thresholds. G) Removing Internal Plasters In Selected Rooms, Dismantling Wall Finishing Layers (E.G. Ceramic Tiles), H) Dismantling Door Leaves, I) Dismantling Selected Equipment: Lighting, Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary Sewage Lines, J) Partial Dismantling Of Suspended Ceilings, K) Demolition Of Individual Partition Walls, L) Bricking Up Selected Door Openings, Bricking Planned Partition Walls, M) Construction Of Door Openings In Non-Load-Bearing Internal Walls With Construction Of New Lintels, N) Widening The Door Opening In The Southern Load-Bearing Wall, O) Plastering, P) Construction Of Suspended Ceilings, Q) Works Finishing.2) New Sanitary Installations, I.E.: A) Installation Of A Sanitary Sewage System, B) Installation Of Cold And Hot Utility Water, C) Installation Of Sanitary Fittings, D) Installation Of A Hydrant Installation, E) Implementation Of A Central Heating Installation, F) Implementation Of An Air-Conditioning Installation, G) Implementation Of A Mechanical And Gravity Ventilation Installation, 3) New Electrical Installations, I.E.: A) Installation Of General Lighting B) Installation Of Lighting Lamps, C) Implementation Of A Lighting Installation Emergency, 4) Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Accepted Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources And As-Built Documentation, 5) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For The Subject Of The Contract, 6) Performing Any Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And In The Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract.3.
