The Basic Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction And Reconstruction Of A Water Supply And Sewage Collection System In The Jasionówka Commune Implemented With Funds From The Co-Financing Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan Under Measure B3.1.1. Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In Rural Areas, Consisting Of: 1) Construction Of A Water Supply Network With Connections In Czarnystok And Górnystok. 2) Construction Of An Automated Catchment Point For Supplied Sewage And A Sand Screen With A Complete Installation At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Jasionówka. 3) Replacement Of Household Water Meters In The Jasionówka Commune With Water Meters With A Remote Reading Radio Module - 743 Sets. 2. Optional Scope Of The Order (Option Right): In Addition To That Indicated In Section 1 Of The Basic Scope Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Provides, Within The Reserved Option Right, To Additionally Replace Up To 150 Sets Of Water Meters With Water Meters (In The Jasionówka Commune) With Parameters Identical To The Specifications For Replacement Of Water Meters In The Jasionówka Commune Indicated In The Basic Order. It Is Reserved That The Option Right (Optional Scope Of The Order) Does Not Constitute A Contractual (Including Financial) Obligation Of The Ordering Party Incurred At The Time Of Concluding The Order Agreement, And The Expected Optional Scope Of The Order Is Not Guaranteed To Be Implemented. The Above-Mentioned Scope Covered By The Option Law (Optional Scope Of The Order) Is Provided For In The Event Of The Existence Of Appropriate Financial Capabilities On The Part Of The Ordering Party In The Context Of The Implementation Of This Scope Of Work And The Recognition Of The Need To Perform Them (I.E. Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party). The Ordering Party Will Decide On The Possibility And Willingness To Exercise The Reserved Option Right In Accordance With The Demand And Financial Capabilities.
