The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Construction Of A Garage Building With Internal Installations. The Single-Story Building, Without A Basement, Will Be Made Of Steel, Covered With A Gable Roof On A Steel Structure. • Construction Of An Underground Low-Voltage Electrical Energy Installation, • Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Rainwater Drainage System, • Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Sanitary Sewage Connection, • Covering Part Of The Drainage Ditch, • Hardening The Area Around The Building And Developing Greenery.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Land Development Design 2) Architectural And Construction Design 3) Executive Designs 4) Sstwior 5) Bills Of Quantities Note 1: Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4.
