The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Garage Building For The Volunteer Fire Department Along With Covering Part Of The Drainage Ditch In Stary Bidaczów.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Construction Of A Garage Building With Internal Installations. The Single-Story Building, Without A Basement, Will Be Made Of Steel, Covered With A Gable Roof On A Steel Structure. • Construction Of An Underground Low-Voltage Electrical Energy Installation, • Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Rainwater Drainage System, • Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Sanitary Sewage Connection, • Covering Part Of The Drainage Ditch, • Hardening The Area Around The Building And Developing Greenery.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Land Development Design 2) Architectural And Construction Design 3) Executive Designs 4) Sstwior 5) Bills Of Quantities Note 1: Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4. Swz And Sstwior. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature.
