The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Trees And Bushes And Their Cleaning For Plots 8006/3, 8007/1, 8015/6, 8015/8, 8016/10, 8016/12, 8016/14, 8016/16, 8029/7, 8030/8 And 8045/4, 8045/6, 8069/4, 8083/1 Smoszew Precinct And 4108/1, 8061/3, 8069/3, 8082/5, 8082/6, 8082/8, 8082/10, 8093/2, 8100/1, 8101/2 City Of Sulmierzyce Precinct In An Estimated Amount Of 1,640 M3, In Accordance With The Clearing Agreement Of January 22, 2026, Concluded With The Wielkopolska Voivodeship, The Wielkopolska Provincial Roads Authority In Poznań Regarding The Implementation Of The Road Investment Entitled Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 444 On The Krotoszyn - Sulmierzyce Section, Consisting In The Construction Of A Bicycle Path. The Number Of Meters Of Wood Is Only An Estimate. To Calculate The Remuneration, One Should Take Into Account, First Of All, The Area Intended For Felling, Which Results From The Agreement, Which Is Approximately 3.1857 Ha. The Price Given By The Contractor Is A Lump Sum And Is Not Subject To Change. The Wood Remains The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Raw Material Must Be Transported To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Branches Should Be Removed On An Ongoing Basis And Piled Up In The Place Designated For Chipping, Designated By The Ordering Party. Works Related To The Removal Of Stumps From The Area Referred To Above And The Removal Of Stumps Are Not Covered By This Order. The Place And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Land Development Designs Constituting An Annex To This Swz, Which Constitute Part Of The Construction Design Of The Road Documentation Comply With The Provisions, Prohibitions And Orders Resulting From The Environmental Decision Constituting An Annex To The Swz, As Well As Internal Regulations In Force In State Forests, In Particular The Ordinances Attached To The Swz And Generally Applicable Provisions Of Law Regarding Nature Protection, In Particular The Protection Of Birds. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Environmental Supervision Over The Execution Of The Works For The Duration Of The Works In Accordance With The Generally Applicable Provisions And Internal Regulations Applicable To Pgl Lp, As Well As The Environmental Decision Included In The Contractors Remuneration. Pursuant To The Concluded Agreement, Road Traffic Security, Traffic Management And Marking Of Public Roads As Well As All Organizational And Technical Activities Related To Changing The Traffic Organization On Public Roads Resulting From The Cutting Of Trees And Shrubs Growing Along Or Near These Roads Will Be The Responsibility Of Wzdw, Provided That Wzdw Is Informed About Such Necessity At Least 14 Days Before The Felling Date Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Actions Aimed At Minimizing Disruptions To Road Traffic And Limiting Disruptions To Traffic Flow.
