1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Entitled Purchase And Delivery Of A Redundancy Server And A Managed Network Switch As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Purchase And Delivery Of A Redundancy Server And A Managed Network Switch For The Faculty Of Geodesy, Agriculture And Environmental Protection. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Brand New, Non-Exhibition Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 4. The Delivered Device Must Meet The Conditions Described In Annex 1 To The Swz, In Particular: A) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Regenerated, Complete, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025, Delivered In The Original Packaging. The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel; B) The Software Must Be New, Unused, Not Previously Activated On Another Device, Delivered In The Latest Stable Version From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer, Unencumbered By Third-Party Rights. The Delivered Software And All Its Media (If Any) Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects; C) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified For Individual Devices And Equipment In Annex 1 To The Swz; D) The Offered Devices Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale On The Day Of Submission Of Offers; E) The Delivered Device Must Come From A Legal Source And Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device.
