1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Assembly, Disassembly, Transport, Servicing And Storage Of Promotional Media For The Needs Of Events Involving The Silesian Voivodeship. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz/Appendix No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. Instructions For The Contractor Are Available On The Platform At: Https://Slaskie.Ezaniąjacy.Pl/Servlet/Homeservlet?Mp_Module=Main&Mp_Action=Publicfileslist&Clientname=Slaskie&User_Menu_Hover=Publicfileslist Information On Parts Of The Order And The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers: 1. The Procedure In Question Is One Of Several Items Within The Ordering Partys Purchasing Category, The Remaining Items Are The Subject Of Separate Proceedings. 2. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. 3. A Partial Offer Will Constitute An Offer With Content Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order And Will Be Rejected, In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. Justification For Not Dividing The Contract Into Lots: The Contract Was Not Divided Into Parts Because The Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Closely Related Functionally And Technologically, Creating A Coherent Implementation Process. Dividing The Contract Into Lots Could Lead To Significant Technical Difficulties In Ensuring The Compatibility Of Individual Services, As Well As To Increased Costs Of Coordinating The Activities Of Different Contractors. Moreover, The Execution Of The Order By Several Contractors Would Require Strict Synchronization Of Schedules And Responsibilities, Which In Practice Could Significantly Impede Effective Project Management And Expose The Ordering Party To The Risk Of Delays Or Incorrect Execution Of The Entire Order. For These Reasons, It Was Decided That The Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Would Ensure Greater Organizational Efficiency, Technological Coherence And Cost Optimization, Guaranteeing Correct And Timely Execution Of The Entire Order.
