The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive (According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party) Deliveries Of Crushed Aggregate For The Needs Of Repairs Of Municipal Road Surfaces In The City And Commune Of Pasłęk - An Average Of 11.7 Km From The Center Of Pasłęk, A Maximum Of 17.6 Km From The Center Of Pasłęk. The Material Will Be Delivered Each Time (Not Less Than 15 Tons) At The Request Of The Ordering Party. The Notification Will Be Made In Writing, By Fax Or E-Mail. The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Batch Of Aggregate Within 5 Days From The Date Of Request. In The Written Notification Referred To Above, The Ordering Party Will Each Time Specify: The Amount Of Material Needed To Be Delivered, The Location For Delivery And The Authorized Contact Person.2. The Order Concerns The Purchase Cost And Transport Of 1 Ton Of Aggregate For The Purpose Of Repairing Municipal Road Surfaces. The Ordering Party Plans To Purchase: 1) 6,500 Tons Of Aggregate With A Grain Size Of 0-31.5 Mm; 2) 1,000 Tons Of Aggregate With A Grain Size Of 0-63 Mm. If The Lowest Price Offered Is Lower Than Estimated By The Ordering Party, The Quantity Of The Ordered Aggregate May Be Increased Until Exhaustion. The Amount Allocated For The Implementation Of This Task. The Cost Of Transporting The Material Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.3. The Delivered Material Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Technical Delivery Specification Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. With Each Delivery, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit Appropriate Documents Confirming That The Delivered Material Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. For Each Course Of Delivered Aggregate, The Contractor Will Issue A Delivery Note Specifying The Type And Quantity Of Aggregate.
