The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Materials For The Organization Of Welding Classes To The School Complex In Mogilno And The School Complex In Strzelno. The Order Will Be Divided Into 2 Stages. Stage I Will Concern The Delivery To Schools Of Welding Materials Listed In Items 1, 2, 4-14 And 16-18 Of Annex 5 To The Swz Within The Deadline Specified By The Contractor In The Offer In Accordance With Chapter Xvii. Stage Ii Will Concern Successive Gas Supplies Specified In Items No. 3 And 15 Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Deliveries Will Be Made Within 7 Days From The Date Of Informing The Contractor About The Need To Make Them. All Gases Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Within 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Purchase Concerns Only Gases, The Ordering Party Will Return The Empty Cylinders To The Contractor.
