1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing A General Plan For The Commune Of Nowe Miasto Nad Pilicą Along With Defining The Scope Referred To In Art. 13A Section 4 Point 1 And Point 2 Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development. The Plan Will Be Prepared In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development; 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It; 3) The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection; Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments; 4) Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law; 5) With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of October 24, 2023 On Spatial Data Sets And Metadata In The Field Of Spatial Development; 6) Act Of March 8, 1990 On Municipal Self-Government; 7) With The Regulation Of September 9, 2002 Of The Minister Of The Environment On Ecophysiographic Studies; 8) With Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Lands, Roads; 9) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development.
